You’ll be responsible…
? Multi-national accounts
-Target 15 – 20 key multi-national accounts to own the relationship with.
-Work with other accounts as opportunities arise
-Develop a long term strategy for each account
-Be aware of project opportunities around the region with assigned accounts and introduce the local team to the opportunity. -Share knowledge with the local team & help drive the win.
-Develop a close relationship with the account decision makers
-Position HNI for a regional agreement. Lead regional RFP responses.
-Coordinate with the HNI-One team members in other parts of the world to partner together and leverage any relationships elsewhere in the world.
? Implement a focused sales strategy targeting the A & D Community:
-Develop & maintain strong relationships with assigned Regional A & D firms
-strengthen our effectiveness for and responsiveness to the A&D Community;
-differentiate HNI by creating meaningful content for and dialog in the A&D Community;
-Partner with and strengthen the knowledge and capabilities of the local Sales Team
-Uncover sales opportunities through relationships with the A & D Community
? Implement a focused sales strategy for assigned Regional PMC’s:
-Develop & maintain strong relationships with assigned Regional A & D firms
-strengthen our effectiveness for and responsiveness;
-Uncover sales opportunities through relationships with PMC’s

? Furniture Industry Experience
? Be able to present and discuss with confidence Workplace Strategy Concepts
? Fluent in English and Mandarin (both written and verbal)
? Independent
? Proven Sales Skills
? Team Oriented
? Detail Oriented
