职位描述：
Accounting Supervisor_ Shanghai CIRO'S office

Responsibility:
1. Lead month-end , year- end closing independently according to Corporate closing schedule; reviewer and approver of month end closing journals of 4 operating Unit with proper supporting documents to ensure the closing is delivered timely and with quality;
2. Establish SOP of China common practice to ensure accounting operation cross China are standardized, align with company policies and government regulation to improve internal procedure;
3. Review account reconciliation of 6 OUs to make sure ending balance reflect company position truly and fairly;
4. Collaborate with internal auditors, external auditors and tax consultant, in charge internal audit, annual external audit , Tax filing and annual government inspection;
5. Follow up internal control rules and procedures and make sure it sustainable on daily operation;
6. In charge of monthly cash flow forecast to make sure fund arrangement of each OUs
7. Tax compliance (mainly includes but not limits to):-
a. Monitor and approve monthly VAT reconciliation, VAT filing , quarterly enterprise income tax filing , stamp duty and other tax surcharges;
b. Reviewer and approver of annual tax filing, annual transfer pricing filing, handling tax audit conducted by local tax office periodically;
c. According to corporate guideline, submit year- end tax package timely to make sure year end closing smoothly;
8. Conduct on-job training to subordinator , new hire or back up of new procedures, new corporate initiatives ;
9. Follow up company guideline to set annual Goal and Objective of subordinator, conduct bi-year performance review, and year end performance appraisal, assist finance manager to build a competent and motivated team Assistant
10. Collaborate with operation team, to support accounting treatment and tax compliance on new developed business Module;
11. Ad Hoc tasks deemed appropriate within the scope of the role and in line with skills and experience;

Education and Qualification:
- Bachelor degree or above in accounting /taxation/finance/economics.
- Accountant Certificate (上岗证) is a must.
- CPA/ACCA qualification will be a plus.

Experience and Skills :
- Minimum 5 years finance/accounting related experience in a multinational company, with 2 years focusing on GL and taxation.
- Familiar with PRC GAAP, Chinese tax Regulation and experience with US GAAP
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, Fluency in both oral and written English
- prior working experience of Oracle is a plus
