职位描述：
Main Accountabilities
1. Work seamlessly with cross functional team to land the consumer insights & business ambitious into product development lifecycle;
2. Work on formulation develop and deploy in China. Landing global technology in China.
3. Assist technical project leaders in project management;
4. Cooperate with GDC teams to ensure global project landing OTIF
5. Monitor competitor trends and provide insights to guides business initiatives and formulation design.
6. Drive new ideas from local insight

Key Skills
1. Be a team player as well as independently, goal-oriented, self-motivated, proactive and fast learner;
2. Experienced in HPC formulation design and laboratory & science experiments;
3. Written and oral English.
4. Skillful in communication, creative in problem solving and insightful in project risk management;
