职位描述：
工作职务： 生产总监Head of Production（可春节后报到）
工作地点： 苏州常熟

Responsibilities:

1. Work out capacity planning and Capex investment plan in the production unit.
2. Create yearly budget and quarterly RFC data in terms of shift arrangement, personal need, raw material requirement, maintenance plan and related expense data. Oversee relevant data on regular base.
3. Employ and develop qualified employee, ensure sufficient training to staff. Carry out employee appraisal process and works out future personal development roadmap for direct reports.
4. Work in technical projects to ensure safe production process. Initiate proper CCO (Change Control Order) revise and approve URS (user requirement specification) & SFS (supplier feature specification), process FMEA and process qualification documents.
5. Oversee NCR and CAPA status to ensure relevant actions closed on right timely manner.
6. Take part in raw material sourcing process for the production unit, ensure qualified and sustained raw material supply from internal/external suppliers.
7. Oversee all production related KPIs, complaint rate, OEE, reject rate, first yield rate, safety and employee turnover rate.
8. Create and maintain SOPs in production operation, ensure all production activities compliant to company quality requirement and to GMP requirement.
9. Oversee production process and related documentation. Ensure traceability of entire manufacturing processes.
10. Manage production and maintenance plan to ensure effective an efficient manufacturing process.
11. Implement Total Preventive Maintenance in production line.
Implement lean manufacturing project, build up team structure and culture for continues improvement process.

Requirements:

1. 本科或以上学历，理工科教育背景。
2. 8年以上工厂生产管理工作经验，至少3年以上经理或总监经历，管理幅度不低于300人。
3. 须熟悉塑胶零组件组装装配流程，熟悉自动化装配，有Lean经验者优先考虑。
4. 有医疗器械或熟悉GMP、ISO 13485者优先考虑。
5. 流利地中英文沟通能力。
