职位描述：
岗位职责：
1. 协助设计师，与厂商协作进行样品鞋开发，追踪进度等；
2. 及时反馈开发问题并提出修改意见；
3. 开发新供应厂商，新材料等；
4. 主工作区域：莆田；可能出差区域：福建省/浙江省/江西省/广东省


岗位要求：
1. 大专以上学历；
2. 2年鞋类开发业务经验；
3. 良好的英语沟通；

Key Responsibilities:

1.Ensures all products are developed in accordance with the design and specification requirements detailed by headquarters / designers.


2.Ensures that the commercialization can be carried out with respect for the original design and prototype while preparing the product so that it can be efficiently produced in accordance with company quality, delivery and costing objectives.


3.Continually works to upgrade development facilities and infrastructure with manufacturers and suppliers in association with technical services and headquarters direction.
Aawareness of the brand mission, the importance of customer focus and the global development direction.
Ensures all development and commercialization timelines are met in full without compromise to the product.

4.Plays a key role in strengthening factory relationships. Establishes a program for a continuous enhancement of processes and procedures with key vendors.


5. Able to work with an internationally diverse group of colleagues and maintains close working relationships with headquarter colleagues.

Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
IT knowledge (basic office applications)
Fluent English, written and verbal.

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

Preferably holds a degree. At least two years experience working in the shoe industry.
Trading/buying office background is an advantage
Strong understanding of footwear manufacturing including constructions type, materials, parts and shoe making processes, mold-making, grading, materials processing etc. 举报 分享
