Responsibilities:

-Build up a good working relationship with customers

-Clearly understand customer’s requirements and work with factory to deliver consistently excellent performance

-Close the gap between the customer’s requirements and factory performance in order to achieve total customer satisfaction

-Take good care of customers during visits, including coordination of scheduled visits, facilitating arrangement of accommodations, airport pick up, making dining recommendations, etc.

-Coordinate with customers to obtain their demand forecasts and ensure their timely support of the factory with die, other raw materials, and documentation.

-Work with customers to achieve high levels of accuracy on die receipts vs. forecast and linearity to maximize production efficiency.

-Attend meetings with customers and conduct business in a professional, efficient, and ethical manner

-Work with cross functional departments in order to respond efficiently to customer needs /requests in a timely manner.

-Drive for continuous improvement throughout the process and the organization.

Requirements:

-Degree holder in any discipline,3-5 years relevant experience

-Good written and spoken English ,Efficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Windows

-Excellent communication skills and ability to work with differing personalities

-Applying the appropriate sense of urgency when necessary

-Proactive in resolving problems and consistent in following up on open issues

-Ability to work under stress to ensure customer and company goals are achieved
