Our client is one of the biggest electronic components manufactures in the world.
Key Responsibilities 主要职责:
1. QA工作程序
? 建立并维护所负责生产线的控制计划；
? 准备所负责产线的品质月报；
? 更新限度样本。
2. 客户投诉处理
? 跟踪客户投诉信息和不良品，并把客诉信息和不良品传达给QRQC小组；
? 收到客退产品后进行初步的品质分析；
? 组织召开客户投诉分析会议并提出一些建设性的建议；
? 准时准备和推动客诉报告的回复；
? 处理客诉退货并确认退货原因。
3. 工程异常处理
? 参加每天的QRQC会议；
? 处理工程异常报告票审计。
4. 客户接触与报告
? 作为客户联络端口，与客户紧密合作处理相关品质问题。
Job Requirements 职位要求:
1. 大专或以上学历，主修电子、电气自动化控制或者相关专业；
2. 5年或以上相关工作经验（QA工程师要求2~3年相关工作经验）；
3. 在电子器件生产方面有丰富的工作经验，最好是滤波器制造领域方面；
4. 良好的ISO9000知识、例如内部审核师；
5. 英语读写熟练，能基本听说；或者日语说听读写流利；
6. 熟悉解决问题的工具，如：8个步骤报告、持续改善等；
7. 良好的沟通和人际关系技能；
8. 熟练运用办公软件操作如Excel, Word & PowerPoint等。
