Our client is one of the biggest electronic components manufactures in the world.
Key Responsibilities 主要职责:
1. 开发新项目新的测试程序/方法
? 建立新的测试程序；
? 检查可生产程序；
? 检查测试夹具计划。
2. 通过采用适当的工具提高基于MSA等分析现有的程序
? 优化现有的程序进行测试改进；
? 更稳定的MSA测试夹具的改进。
3. 准备培训材料，提供测试和检验人员的技术培训
? 定期回顾课学；
? 教生产如何处理MSA。
4. 制定并实施用于与支持，监视和测量设备的维护计划
? 引导和维修测试设备；
? 优化和开发自动化测试概念。
5. 开发自动化测试
? 整合测试项目的成本改善；
? 为防错功能开发的测试技术。
Job Requirements 职位要求:
1. 本科或以上学历，具有工程背景，主修电子工程者优先；
2. 至少6年的测试工作和超过3年的管理经验；
3. 电子维修和自动化的良好的知识；
4. 熟练操作测试仪和安装测试程序；
5. 英语读写熟练，能基本听说；
6. 微软办公软件的技能。
