Compensation & Benefits

l Coordinating payroll approval, salary administration, both statutory & supplemental benefits administration & communications, etc.

l Assisting Region HRM for annual C&B surveys, merit cycle, C&B reports, etc.

l Periodically reviewing local HR policies together with Region HRM to be aligned with corporate HR policies and local practices


HR Data Management & Reporting

l Collecting, analyzing HR related data and consolidate HR reports on a regular basis.

l Maintaining employees personnel information as well as employees p-files management

l Assisting for labor contract approval & renewal

l Liaison with line managers for probation review


Training

l Assisting Region HRM for internal training needs analysis

l Coordinating with Region HRM & China training team for local training arrangement and support;

l Facilitate new hire orientation and other internal training programs;

l Maintaining training record and following up post-training projects.


职位要求:



l Bachelor degree or above, prefer a major in Human Resources, Management or related disciplines.

l Three years above experience as HR generalist role in sizable/multinational corporations. Experience in C&B and training is a big plus.

l Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.

l Proficient in Excel & PPT

l Excellent communication, interpersonal, and facilitation skills;

l Positive, proactive approach to problem solving
