职位描述
Goals/Mission:
- Achieve the IA&DT product sales target in the specified WX field in the area, establish and maintain a good customer relationship.
Working Partners/Contacts:
- Internal: Report to WX office manager, and cooperate with BU (promoter ) and region colleagues, good communication with BU and other business groups
- External: all relevant employee in the customer organization, especially key technical player, project manager and relevant top management and other decision makers, consultants, authorities
Tasks:
- Fulfill the individual sales target Observe the market to explore new customers or to set-up new sales channels
- Fill in SPV from all companies you visited or you have information about incl. customer aims and demand
- Visit customers regularly and establish good but also effective, long term relationships on all levels and to all departments
- Implement the strategy and price policy of the business units Responsible for the budget fulfillment of the VBez and of the customers
- Other related tasks assigned by superior
Education:
- Bachelor or above, majored in automation is preferred.
Knowledge/Languages:
- Have excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skills;
- Professional use of Microsoft Office software Advanced negotiation skill
- Good knowledge of automation and drive Basic English skills
Experience:
- 4-5 years industry automation working experience Working experience with international companies or colleagues
