Job duties:
- Work with last workshop for sample last creation base on the reference shoe provide by designer.
- Work with mold shop to open sample outsole mold base on the reference shoe and outsole design provide by designer.
- Work with factory for upper pattern trial base on upper design & reference shoe pattern.
- Drive the PD process including calendar and milestones.
- Deliver exceptional development samples within the time constraints of customer’s request.
Qualification Required:
- Minimum 15 years with relevant experiences in fashion lady shoes, brand background would be great.
- Candidates with supervisory experience will be required.
- Rich experience on lady shoe making and technical knowledge as well as problem resolving.
- Good sense of fashion trend in lady footwear with aesthetic judgment.
- Strong connection with material suppliers.
- Excellent communication skill with overseas office and factory.
- Excellent oral and written English.
- Strong skill on organize and lead the rest of the team to accomplish the job task.
- Familiar with planning for PD and follow up customer's PD/commercialization calendar.
- Willing to work under pressure.
- Aggressive, passion on work. Honest & reliable.
