职位描述：
Job Description:
? Handling full set accounts and all-rounded general office administration;
? Perform daily accounting operations, including data input, invoicing, cheque processing, petty cash claims, travel expenses & staff reimbursement etc;
? Employee social insurance, housing fund, pension fund for all staff;
? Prepare bank reconciliations, cash flow, budget and analyses;
? Assist in monthly financial reporting, management reporting and cash flow forecast for management review;
? Support the Accounts Payables function to process all invoices, reimbursements and vendor payments
? Ensure all processes are compliant with company policies
? Other duties as assigned by the immediate superior.

Requirements :
? Majoring in accounting;
? Minimum of 3 years of accounting / financial accounting experience including 1 year of accounts payables experience;
? Familiar with PRC tax and regulations and Labour Law;
? Proficiency in using MS office, Related accounting software and online banking systems;
? Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills;
? Team player;
? Strong sense of responsibility, proactive, detail-minded and well organized;
? Good command of written and spoken English and Putonghua. 举报 分享
