Responsibilities:
? Leads the development of a cohesive quality team to include Quality Engineering, ME. Testing, Quality Control, Factory Qualifications, Quality System, Third party suppliers.
? Utilize primary methods of control and improvement vehicles including SPC, Six-Sigma, Product Improvement Teams and Data collection and Analysis.
? Plan, organize and direct daily activities of 3 senior directors across both North and South China.
? Provide strategy for continuous improvement goals to specifically reduce returns rates across all product categories incrementally year over year..
? Develop, build and expand the organization meet departmental goals and objectives.
? Implement key strategies and meet targets and objectives as defined in departmental goals.
? Specifically improve field Quality as measured by model return rates.
? New Product Quality Assurance, Quality Engineering.
? Quality System: Quality Plan, CAR, PSI, Criteria, Documentation.
? Full factory audits for compliance to all applicable Quality standards (e.g. ISO 9001).
? Maintains safe and effective working standards for all personnel.
? Makes key decisions regarding product disposition based on available information.
? Provides high level communication summaries and presentations for management as required.
Requirements：
? Must have a minimum of 20 years experience in quality field of home appliance.
? Must have 10 years of on the job experience in high volume consumer products manufactured in Asia.
? Demonstrated experience as a leader of cross-functional teams in a matrix organization environment
? Leadership, Planning & Organizing, Judgment/Problem Solving skills.
? Innovative Management, Conflict Management/Composure.
? Interpersonal Savvy, Superior Teamwork Skills and Communication Skills.
? Must have excellent communication skills (verbal and written) along with good sound interpersonal skills.
? Experience working effectively in a cross-functional team environment is essential.
? Detail-oriented, versatile, organized, articulate and professional.
? Able to cope with constant change and competing priorities and ability to juggle several projects simultaneously.
? Strong language skills, excellent in verbal and written English.
? Must have a minimum of a BS in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related science.
? MBA (preferred).
