Responsibilities:
- Analyze the training requirements and needs together with the Department leads of the company; this should cover both skills and technical competencies, as well as personal development and behavior
- Conduct training needs collection and analysis based on business, objectives and HR development ;
- Design Training Program and Plan for each Department of AQF (with a focus on Operations dpt.); determine optimal training strategy and evaluate training contents available
- Explore internal training resources available; Identify improvement plan as required to improve the quality and impact of training contents with the contribution of operational teams
- Implement and roll-out Training Program and Plan according to Training strategy; monitor creation of training content, materials and exercises, assess and coach trainers, determine KPI and metrics to track attendance and outcome
- Coordinate training registration and attendance;
- Organize training implementation and coordinate training session: training notice, location, and people involved, registration, materials, maintain& update training records, training evaluation etc;
- Coordinate newcomer induction program: integration program, on-site training etc;
- Support related department for developing e-learning program;
- Monitor the flexibility and multi-skills training to ensure the training system is well implemented according to AQF requirement; And evaluate the training result for training arrangement improvement;
-Work on Employee Satisfaction Survey annually and key employees' career development plans/programs;
-Other tasks assigned by direct Manager.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources or Business Administration or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in Training management experience in the international company, ideally in the Professional Services industry
- Strong communication skills, including presentation skills, with various departments and management – both verbal and written.
- Strong skills and experience in training program design and training material development; with related ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent customer orientation and be able to work under pressure.
- Meticulous, pro-active, methodical and process oriented.
- Strong analytical aptitude, sound project management & problem solving skills.
- Oral and written fluency in English and Mandarin is compulsory.
- Accept to travel when needed.
- Microsoft Office: Word, Excel and Power Point.
