职位描述
Fundamental Purpose of Job:
1. Develop, maintain and manage Costing function to achieve costing function efficiently and effectively.
2. Assess and be responsible for 2 factories costing daily work
3. Proactively offer options & recommendations of cost saving and consistently improve the system function for costing areas
Job Description:
1. Maintain and update BOM cost in Macola system, maintain and update labor cost and burden rate for each bom part item in system, set up & improve Costing Procedure and related information in Macola system.
2.Inspect, input, adjust costing data and daily entry in Macola.
3. Monitor production process and cost, check the daily production report, prepare cost analysis report and explain the reasons of cost fluctuation, drive and provide suggestion for the company cost down & process improvement.
4. Prepare PPV, absorpation report analysis, review inventory transactoin and make adjustment for system error transactions and seek to improve the system function.
5. Prepare E&O analysis report, monitoring the E&O inventories and push the relative parties to settle the excess & obsolescence inventories, escalate to senior management of any abnormality to the inventory E&O, follow up with related depts for the E&O disposition, calculate the E&O provision each month
6.Organize the inventory physical take and prepare the physical take result
7.Month-end accounting closing issues, prepare the financial statement schedule for costing related
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's Degree,and major in finance/accounting related.
2. At least 5 years working experience in multinational companies with 3 years costing experience.
3. Familiar with ERP, espically Macola system will be a plus, proficient in Excel and SQL database, experience in costing.
4. Good english skills, eg reading ,written and speaking.
