4，运用办公软件如Word,Excel,PowerPoint
1. Receptionist:
- answering & transferring incoming calls
- hosting visitors
- taking accurate phone message
- distribute daily mails & packages
- weekly mails send out to each locations
- meeting room/conference call reservation & room setting up
2. Location Contact List update:
location Contact List updating
- update each location's contact list and emergency contact list
- update each location's extension allocation
3. ADM support:
- Other ADM affairs assigned by direct supervisor.
REQUIREMENTS
1. College graduated with at lease one year experience;
2. Fluent Mandarin, basic English (both listening & speaking)
