Personel responsible activities

1. Production Planning

a. Collect rolling sales forecast from sales / customer service / product management, maintain forecast in BPCS system;

b. Workly closly with product management to establish and optimize production plan;

c. Coordinate with production and QA to support on-time delivery.

2. Purchasing

a. Work with product management to prepare RM purchasing plan according to MRP report;

b. Issue purchase order to supplier, follow up purchase order status, collect invoice, COA and shipping documents and issue payment request;

c. Support dept supervisor to prepare monthly supplier performance report and annual supplier accessment;

d. Support new raw material, new supplier development project;

e. Support MRO purchasing.

3. Inventory Control

a. Monitor FG and RM inventory, maintain suitable inventory level;

b. Setup safety stock level to cover demand and supply flutuation;

c. Prepare monthly inventory analysis report.

Other temporary task assigned by manger or supervisor.

Education
Over college, the major will be material management, production management or technology.

Training
Accepted the training material management, product knowledge.

Experience
Over 2 years experience on purchasing.

Skills
Be familiar with production procedure, technology, work procedure, and production.
Know about supplier exploring, evaluation and managment.
Be familiar with office software and BPCS (ERPII).
Excellent oral and written communication skills and business negotiation skills.
Good command of oral and written English.

Attitude

Strong sence of responsibility, work no any complain to the company.
Can face the high pressure, with good team spirit.
