Are you a born administrator with a knack for organization and great time management skills? Do you know a thing or two about office management and procurement? Are you good at judging when to take initiative to solve a problem, and when to follow procedure to the letter?
Great! We could use you on our team as an Admin Specialist!

The Job
- Take care of SZ work visa and HK work visa processes.
- Handle back office staff’s travel issues, including visa application, flight ticket booking, hotel booking, etc.
- Collect and keep group documents updated, such as company license, rental contract, important certificate, etc.
- Assist to complete audit from Clients and authorities.
- In charge of CD office Administrative affairs remotely.
- Support improvement projects related to Admin.
- Other work tasks assigned by manager.
The Candidate
- It could be you, if you are:
- A university graduate with a few years of experience in a similar position
- Fluent in English
- We will also consider recent graduates with excellent English!
It also helps if you are:
- A fast learner
- Great with people
- A multitasker with excellent organizational skills
