? Qualified as a Lead Auditor in Quality Management
? Valid Driver’s Licence
Work Experience Required:
? Relevant industry experience
? Understanding of relevant legislations, Standards and technical specifications
? Evaluation/appraisal of test reports and/or test witnessing for product certification purposes
? Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
? Customer Service Experience
? Knowledge of auditing & quality control in the relevant industry is desirable
? Project management and planning skills

岗位职责Responsibility:
1. Auditing
? Perform audits and coordinate with all relevant stakeholders to ensure optimal client service.
? Review new applicants’ quality plans in accordance with the PCP, Technical Schedule and relevant product standard.
? Secure, review and process applications and endorsements, including conducting all desktop reviews.
? Undertake, where necessary, sample selection and perform test witnessing.
? Conduct both Product Certification and Management Systems audits as required.
? Maintain audit rigour and integrity to meet internal and external accreditation requirements.
2. Technical Management
? Provide pre-sales support to Sales through technical input into quotations/proposals, conduct contract review activities as appropriate.
? Provide support and technical review of audit durations and audit planning.
? ARG approvals.
? Assist certification authority as required in submission review/approval.
? Prepare Technical Schedules applicable to particular standards in liaison with Service Delivery Leader and, where necessary, representatives from industry, regulatory authorities and testing authorities.
? Evaluate products and test reports against requirements of the appropriate standard and legislative requirements.
? Represent SAI Global in applicable forums.
? Respond to technical enquiries from relevant stakeholders.
? Liaise with technical and certification specialists as required for specific guidance
? Develop skills and undertake training to maintain currency in their area of responsibility for:
o relevant product area
o quality assurance matters
o relevant legislation
o product standards and certification methods
3. Other tasks
? Promote SAI Global, including Product Certification, services to potential and existing clients.
? Conduct monthly calendar reviews with the Service Delivery Leader for resource utilisation, audit durations, sample plan review, travel, client management, training, leave and team meetings.
? Ensure all documentation, including manuals and procedures, are current and managed and maintained in accordance with the business requirements.
? Complete metrics reporting within the required timeframe This is inclusive of but not limited to the following:
? Unsubmitted work items and ARGS;
? ARG rejections; and
? Resource utilisation and capacity.
The following are approximated estimated time allocation for each task area. This can vary based on the needs of the business:
? Auditing – Approximately 80%
? Technical Management – Approximately 15%
? Other duties – Approximately 5%
