Description
Reporting directly to the AP C&B Leader , the AP C&B project consultant supports BU C&B projects and activities for the entire AP region. Position requires the incumbent possess a rich knowledge of C&B trends, policies and practices in Asia-Pacific as well as robust analytical capabilities in order to draw conclusions and propose solutions based on findings from data analysis. Must have the ability to present data and conclusions in a clear and concise manner to management / approvers.
This position mainly supports AP Merger and Acquisition projects in support of business growth and talent attraction and retention.
Responsibilities
1. Understands compay’s compensation philosophy and business strategies as well as external talent market trends and practices.
2. Supports AP C&B Leader in AP mercer and acquisition project to attract, motivate and retain top talent.
Supports on HR policy review and compliance audit
Supports on C&B harmonization proposal roll out
Independently work on data analysis
Supports on job evaluation
As a master user to make sure employee data accuracy in global HR system
Other global initiative support towards integration in HR filed
3. China Payroll Integration
Work with IT to upgrade Server capacity
Responsible for data base set up
Work closely with external vendor to set up calculation formula, leave policy, OT policy, etc.
Implement payroll payment encrypt & auto-pay to comply with global audit requirement
Compay global HR system interface with local HR system
Responsible for system testing and user training
4. Other related work assigned by his/her manager and the company from time to time.
Job Requirements
Experience:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics or other Math related field of study. MBA a “plus”.
2. 5+ experience in Compensation & Benefits and 3+ projects experience in Merger and Acquisition Integration in HR field, consulting background a plus. Has the experience in leading HR system from set up to go live. The experience of Cityray is the best.
3. Fluent in English
4. Computer : MS word, Excel and Powerpoint
5. HR and C&B programs, strategies and practices

Be adaptable for business travel occasionally.
