The role
Working with global teams and reporting into UK with local management support you will be responsible for the day-to-day support of the China desk side and end user device estate based at Dongguan and supporting regional locations (Guangzhou \ Beijing etc) and China Satellites such as Vietnam. Managing small projects you will also coordinate and support hardware upgrades, for example desktop, server, data communications (wired and wireless), printers, telephony, mobile devices and copier.
About you
We are looking for someone with least 5 years’ experience in a Desk Side Support Role. You will be a self-starter and be prepared to work on own initiative, you will have a good grasp of written and spoken English and be prepared to travel within the APAC Region and to the UK when business dictates. It is essential you have at least 5 years MS experience and substantial experience of remote support technologies such as MS Service Centre Manager (SCCM), You will possess excellent customer service skills and be prepared to develop further into the Infrastructure space such as networking.
