职位描述：
Roles and Responsibilities
- Work with SMR / MM / SSM and vendors in preparing quotation and samples before buying seasons. During buying trips, closely works with vendors and buyers i.e. price negotiation, products presentation, quote sheet handling, preparing contracts etc.
- Work with Quality Assurance Dept. to ensure on time testing & inspection of merchandise and follow up on testing & Inspection reports.
- Assist Dept. Manager and Compliance Dept. in ensuring complete vendor compliance with all customs regulations and consumer standards.
- Assist SMR / MM / SSM in product sourcing and development by visiting fair, exhibition and factories.
- Track and follow up all details of import orders.
- Follow up packaging development of all orders.
- Responsible to train Associate Merchandiser / Assistant Merchandiser to familiar with corporate operation procedure.
- Act as communication channel to vendors, buyers and supporting departments i.e. track orders shipments and assist in chasing shipping documentation to logistics department and update the revised contract information to related department.
- Support Ad hoc assignments as necessary

Skills, Abilities and Knowledge Requirements
- Form 5 standard or equivalent
- Minimum 4 years working experience as merchandiser in related categories, preferably in US buying office
- Good command in both written and verbal English & Mandarin
- Strong sourcing experience in China region
- Independent, responsible and supervisory skills
- Good communication, presentation and organizational skills
- Conversant in computer skills
