Position: Program Manager

Report to: Customer Focus Team Manager

Responsibilities：

Managing independent customers/accounts,leading customer focus team to drive below key activities:

1.Project Management

Be in charge of the overall project management,and pay the role of main responsible person

Project budgeting, internal communication with other functional departments

Cost review and control according to the budget;

Prepare quotation and proposal

2.Customer Management：

Work with Sales and account team to establish the relationship with customers
For the customers allocated to know all the relevant information about the customer in terms of their mode of working, the people and the contract that we have with them on both service and commercial level.
Coordinate/Facilitate customers visit, and regular customer meeting and audit.
Customer complaint management and any other inquiries for the customer.
Customer after sales service management.
3.Demand Management：
Monitor and keep follow up the latest customer demand change,through customer order,forecast or VMI indicators
Drive internal team for timely order confirmation with a great balance among customer requirements, confidence on can-do and demand level-loading.
Drive internal team on OTD and real time communicate with customer.
4.Inventory Management:
E&O management, ensure we follow contract for E&O liability claim, and input to sales on liability agreement.
Inventory management, drive team on inventory control to hit target inventory turns.
5.Other tasks assigned by direct report manager:

Requirements:

Bachelor or above

At least three years relevant working experience in project management;

Good knowledge about project life cycle and project concepts;

Exceptional communications and relationship skills – spoken, written and in person,both Chinese & English;

Structured and attention to detail when working under pressure;

The ability to solve problems using a rational approach with strong ownership;

Action oriented, self motivated, known for high energy and productivity;

Able to deliver quality results with a challenging, positive, influential style;

Excellent coordination skill and teamwork spirit;

Education Background:

Bachelor or above

Working Experience：

Above Three years experience in project management or relevant areas
