Requirements:
1、The most important thing is to have mechanical assembly experience
2、Shows initiative and able to work with minimum supervision.
3、Ability to review and understand complex BOM structures to component level.
4、Be able to review and understand customer mechanical design data and cosmetic requirements.
5、Discuss and solve mechanical problems with manufacturing departments, sub-contractors, suppliers and customers.
6、Communicate clearly on technical subjects in spoken and written English.
7、Good manufacturing knowledge of sheet metal, machining, casting, plastic injection molding and finishing processes.
8、Proven working knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing.
9、Tooling and Fixture Design experience.
10、Knowledge of advanced quality planning / First Article Inspection Measurement techniques.
11、Good process auditing skills.
12、Design for Excellence Knowledge (DFx) - Design for Manufacture & Assembly
13、Be able to benchmark production processes against lean manufacturing best practice.
14、Complete Engineering Change Order (ECO) assessment of mechanical changes.
15、Project Management Skills.
16、Work with vendors to complete Request for Quotations (RFQ’s).
教育背景：
EMS or other electronics manufacturing background are preferred
工作经验：
8+ years experience, at least 5+ years in related mechanical design role.
Computer Skills:
Pro-Engineer
MS Project
MS Office (Windows, Excel and Powerpoint)
