? KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES：
- Design and implement lab experiments and relevant tests on the emulsion based products
- Evaluate and screen the developed VAE emulsion products through application test in specific formula.
- Support the scale-up of innovation product in plant on demand
- Assist the building up of technical capability for competence center of consumer care
- Identify any potential of existing products or new chance to answer the consumer's needs
- Actively monitor relevant local IP landscape and strengthen company IP position
- Independent documentation via lab reports in Mandarin and English
- Meet the requirements of IMS/ISO and EHSS standards
Education
1. Master degree.
2. Major in chemistry and chemical engineering.
Knowledge/Requirement
1. Solid knowledge of Chemistry and practical lab skills.
2. Excellent command of written and spoken English.
3. Good IT skills (MS Windows, MS Office, MS Outlook).
4. Soft skills: Conscientious, pro-active and communication personality including intercultural competence.
Experience
5. One or two years of working experience in silicone industries preferred.
