Company
Our client is a supplier of systems and equipment for aerospace, defense and security.
Responsibility
? Plan QC operations, internal QC activities and perform due diligence.
? Internal NCR and Customer Complaint Management
o Root cause analysis method (8D, Ishikawa, etc…)
o Take the lead on a quality issue / customer complaint from a process point of view
o Generate a report that shows both on content & on presentation a high professionalism to the customer
Requirement
? Strong Operational Experience :
o Have been working on operational functions such as production / product design / field quality (… so who knows what is the real life too ?)
? Soft Skills
o Solution oriented, interested in identifying and evaluating issues (risk analysis, severity, priorities) and working out solutions to address them
o Able to work and win as a team, both to
? build and take the lead on a multi-competence team (e.g. 8D Investigation)
? think widely, in front of every situation, looking at solutions from a global perspective (company interest) not a department perspective (quality department only)
o Looking for environment with challenges / opportunity to face new situations and thus to learn from them
? Continuous Improvement mindset
o Proactive in identifying and suggesting day to day quick wins (new tools, tools improvement, procedure simplification with increase efficiency & quality, etc.)
o Lean Sigma experience is a PLUS
? English is a MUST
o Able to produce documents / procedure / technical note in English
