Aftermarket China OE customers’ service parts business
6. Major Responsibilities
- Develop new customers and pursuit penetration opportunity of service parts to grow sales profitability
- Follow up open order status and push overdue parts to meet customer requests.
- Obtain and verify customer forecast information to schedule the demand properly
- Manage product life-cycle as well under commercial aspects and support EOP (End of Production) parts supply plan negotiation between suppliers & VMs to ensure we can meet customer demand with lower inventory cost.
- Build up strong network with TRW OE Sales, OE PM and OE factories to ensure OES team takes over all service parts’ business for VMs.
- Regular proactive customer contact of TRW aftermarket secure seamless pre-NPI and NPI processes
- Support sales manager to do monthly forecast, business planning & customer analysis report etc.
7. Key Competencies
- University degree
- At least 3 years sales work experience in automotive tier 1 or tier 2 company
- Skilled in use of MS-Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
- Good pricing negotiation skills
- Good communication skills both internally and externally
- Knowledge of ERP-Systems, preferably BPCS
- Good understanding of other countries’ cultures
- Fluent English in both oral and written
- Project management & process improvement experience is preferred
