职位描述：
Qualifications:
1. Work with direct supervisor to provide related HR daily support to M&E department.
协助直接主管负责制造工程部所有日常HR工作。
2. Support direct supervisor for M&E HC or people cost budget and control, analysis.
协助直接主管负责制造工程部人头和费用预算及控制、分析。
3. Support direct supervisor to improve current HR process and regulation based on updated labor law or situations.
根据法律和实际情况协助直接主管更新人力资源部流程。
4. Work with HR Manager and direct supervisor to select and monitor labor agent/service suppliers.
协助经理和主管筛选和管理服务供应商。
5. Work with other HR staff and labor agents for monthly payroll calculation and ensure pay out timely.
与其他同事一起计算劳务工薪资、福利，并确保及时发放。
6. Follow up the operation of people file, people system and employee labor contract related management.
人事档案、系统及劳动合同签订等操作。
7. Any other work assigned by HR manager and direct supervisor.
其他经理和主管指派的工作。

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree, major in Human Resources or other related majors.
本科学历，人力资源部相关专业毕业。
2. Excellent data sensitivity, good communication skills and logical thinking ability.
优秀的数据敏感性和良好的沟通能力、逻辑思维。
3. Excellent learning and sell-improvement capability.
优秀的自我提升能力。
4. Familiar with all HR functions knowledge.
熟悉HR格模块知识。
5. Familiar with national and local related labor law.
熟悉国家和当地劳动法律法规。
6. Good command of oral and written English, and familiar with MS-office operating
英语流利，熟悉办公室软件操作。
7. More than 3 years working experience in large joint company or proprietorship enterprises, and at least 2 years working experience in recruitment, ER or performance management.
至少3年大型外资或合资企业人力资源工作经验，至少2年以上招聘、员工关系或员工绩效管理工作经验。 举报 分享
