In order to extend our business in China-Asia Pacific and support our network of importers and Customers all over Asia we have recently launched in our factory in Shenzhen and we are looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic Asia Pacific technical support to join the team with relevant experience as a similar position.
Job purpose and key responsibilities
Customer Service (Main priority)
To insure technical online support with The company Asian Importer’s, China service repair subcontractors and China Customers
-Inquiries recording and follow-up
-Analysis of the problem
-Definition and formalization of the solution
-Formal information of the reserved solution communicate to the end-users
-Manage the field repairs with the subcontractor
-Invoices follow-up with China service repair companies and The company A/S team in France
-Ability to manage locally a stock of spare parts
-Ability to select new service repair subcontractors to insure right cover of the Chinese territory
-Customer satisfaction survey by phone
-Tests of defective spare parts in return
-Regular activity report of the local A/S inquiries with Customer support team in France
CCC certification of product
Insure the support between certification bodies and The company SAS for the CCC certification files of product manufactured in France
Help the EEC plant manager to obtain CCC mark on The company product manufactured in China (Constitution of the file, preparation and the follow-up of EEC factory inspections, etc.)
Insure a standardization supervision on the evolution of the Chinese standards applicable to the products of the company Group
EEC factory support (in case of above both purposes give free time)
-Quality inspections in factory during production and before shipment
-Quality inspection in other cities before goods shipment
-Managing wine cabinet and spare parts in warehouse and ERP system
Skills and Specifications
General required skills
-Proven knowledge and 3 years’ experience in Customer service in technical environment
-Comfortable with phone to provide high level of Customer Service support
-Rigorous on the administrative management and follow-up
-Interest in technical subjects
-Experience and involvement regarding problem-solving skills
-To be able to have daily communication and follow-up with French team
-Interest in the wine should be a plus
Computer skills
-Proficient in.xls to record service support services and follow up
-Pack Office 2010
-Comfortable with using Microsoft Outlook.
Language and communication skills
-Mother language should be Chinese
-Fluent in English (writing and speaking)
-Cantonese would be a plus
Type of Employment and working conditions
-Full-time position
-Work may require exceptional travels in China
Education and Qualification
-University degree in electricity-mechanics or equivalent
