任职资格

1、大专以上学历，专业不限，电子、机械类相关专业优先；
2、3年以上采购工作经验，有电源行业相关采购工作经验优先；
3、熟悉电子类或者包装、结构类物料的功能和性能，有主动元器件采购经验优先；
4、熟悉采购流程，有较强的供应商管理能力，有新产品导入经验优先；
5、熟练使用office办公软件及ERP；
6、良好的协调沟通能力，团队意识，职业操守和品德。



NPI Buyer

Job Description *

1. Project management
- Follow up kit off meeting build schedule from EVT to PVT
- Push RD/EPM release Agile BOM on time and follow up each stage RYG
- Highlight BOM unique / Critical part and work with Sourcing/RD for 2nd source or replacement approval.
- Mix build efficiency
- Smooth Project transfer from PVT to MP.

2. Material readiness
- ECO/MCO, deviation management
- PO management and push related people maintain Baan data on time and accuracy.
- Risk buy approval from EPM/RD
- Commitment to NPI build schedule
- Timely update each project material readiness report
- Ensure material ready to support build plan (Such as ADJ / Item master readiness / WH receive on time.)
- Custom and other issue follow up. (Such as General Trade Import / hand carry…)

3. Supplier management
- Supplier on time delivery
- Strategy relationship with supplier. (To get supplier full support due to short L/T and un-reasonable changes…)
- Critical shortage escalation and closure
- RTV & Re-work

4. Inventory management
- Cycle count audit after each build. (Monitor PMC close W/O back-flush)
- Scrap and attrition analysis
MRB
- E&O analysis, minimization and claim

5. Cost management
- C-BOM analysis.
- PPV
- Payment follows up
