职位描述：
OBJECTIVES / KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 岗位主要职责：
1.新产品的工艺流程设计开发，控制过程开发的进度、质量、成本满足新产品项目开发的目标；新产品过程开发包括：制定工艺流程、工艺布局，制定流程图、控制计划、PFME、作业指导书、产能、人员配置、工时分析等工艺文件；
1.New product's process design and development, control process development schedule, quality and cost to meet the target of new product development;New product's process development, including: the development of process flow, process layout, the development of flow chart, control plan, PFMEA, work instructions, production capacity,personnel allocation, time analysis, etc.
2.研究优化现有的工艺、过程，减少消除生产过程中的各种浪费，提升效率，降低成本，实现KPI目标；
2.Study and optimize the existing process, process, eliminate all kinds of waste in the production process, enhance efficiency, reduce costs, achieve KPI target;
3.设置、更新、优化生产线配置的各种辅助智能系统，确保系统硬件/软件运行顺畅；
3.Set up, update and optimize production lines' configuration of a variety of auxiliary intelligent system, to ensure all systems' hardware / software running smoothly;
4.维护操作指导书等相关文件，确保操作指导书正确指导生产，对员工进行工艺操作培训；
4.Maintain Work Instruction to ensure that the manufacturing follow the correct work instruction, operation training to employees in time;
5.及时解决生产中遇到的问题和其它相关部门提出的技术支持、优化要求；
5.Timely solve the problems which happened in production lines, and work out solutions to support requirements which proposed from other relevant departments;


REQUIREMENT OF PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE 经验资格/必要的背景要求背景要求：
1.本科及以上学历，理工或工程类专业背景；
1.Bachelor degree or above, major in science or engineering, or engineering background;
2.三年以上工业工程师或工艺工程师经验；
2.Three years or above experience in industrial engineer or process engineer;
3.熟悉生产线设计、工艺流程图、PCP、PFMEA、VSM分析、工时分析等工具的使用；
3.Familiar with the production line design, process flow chart, PCP, PFMEA, VSM analysis, time analysis and other tools;
4.熟悉精益生产理念和优化方法，有实际精益生产改善经验者优先；
4.Familiar with lean production concept and optimization method, experience in lean production is preferred;
5.了解当前工业4.0或智能制造新概念者优先；
5.Understanding current industrial 4.0 or intelligent manufacturing new concept is preferred;
6.其他基础要求包括：英语4级或同等能力，熟练操作Word, Excel 及 Power Point等办公软件，熟练使用CAD等相关绘图软件；
