职位描述：
Our client is a German family owned company, and one of the leading producers of electromechanical components (connectors) and electromechanical customized solutions, as well as products for industrial automation. Their products are mainly used in automotive, building technology, home appliances, mobile radio networks and industrial automation.
To restructure their Chinese plant and make it fit for the future, we are looking for an experienced highly motivated Production Manager for Electrical Industry. The position is located in Dongguan, China.


Key tasks:

• Responsible for overall organizational and technical aspects of production and production processes
• Close coordination with headquarter to improve and stabilize plant on technical and commercial fields
• Planning, coordination and controlling of manufacturing process
• Ensure optimal products availability for the customers, and that costs, delivery and quality commitments are met
• Steady review and development of the manufacturing techniques, as well as the production- and planning processes
• Structure production to a modern industrial facility; ready to serve automotive industry in China; prepare and implement TS16949 Certification over the next years
• Build up production for a connecter family
• Transfer products from Germany to China
  - Report to HQ in Germany

Requirements:

• Engineering degree, ideally in electrical engineering, automation, industrial engineering or related fields
• 5 years experience in production environment
• Experience in production areas, such as: Handling of electromechanical components, cable harnessing (including all steps like: cable cutting, stripping, tinning, crimping, overmoulding), injection moulding, tooling for overmoulding and standard moulding, quality management, pre-material supply, internal material supply chain, internal order logistic -from pre-material to finished product including final inspection processes
• Experience in cost calculation (material, production, labour) is a plus
• Ability to identify complex problems and review related information to develop, evaluate and implement options and solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, hands-on mentality, highly customer and result orientated, systematic work, solution oriented, powerful team player
• Fluent Chinese and English skills
