职位描述：
Job Responsibilities:
Performs periodic maintenance to ensure consistent performance with high degree of productivity and reliability.
Initiate engineering projects to to meet the production requirement and on schedule. Project cost & schedule, following up company EHS and 5S request for the project, timely progress report.
Establish effective, results-oriented preventive maintenance programs and procedures, to ensure high reliability and uptime of production equipment and processes.
Implement or improve root-cause analysis, failure analysis, PM, cost containment, spare parts inventory control and workforce competency/skill management.
Continuously drive to improve department efficiency and effectiveness to reduce overall operational costs which can include proposing alternative solutions/equipment.

Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree (B.A., B.S.) in Mechanical Engineering and/or Electrical Automation in related industry.
Experience in maintaining equipment such as injection molding, extrusion and PLC controllers.
Equipment performance optimization/adjustments to meet product performance requirement.
Ability to interface effectively with all levels of the organization.
Strong oral and written communication skills in English language. 举报 分享
