1、员工培训需求调研/年度计划/实施/评估/记录等；
2、开发内外部培训资源、拓展培训学习发展平台；
3、组织员工内部培训活动，参与支持协助大型培训项目的开展；
4、管理培训记录，重点关注特种作业培训确保符合客户和第三方审核要求；
5、建设推动职业发展体系和内部培训师体系；
6、协助员工活动的策划实施，员工关系事件的处理；
7、协助HR部门其他模块 工作，比如招聘；
8、推动公司高绩效文化与核心价值观的落地；
9、推动公司人才梯队建设和核心人才的保留；

基本要求：
1，本科及以上学历 人力资源管理 中文 心理学 法律相关专业；
2，2年以上培训或员工关系工作经验；
