职位描述：
?Bachelor or above;major in Optics,Physics or related;

?More than three years'working experience in optical fiber passive device or areas related;

?Familiar with the design and the process of typical passive components;

?Good concept of tolerance setting and process design;

?Independent&flexible working attitude;

?Familiar with typical optical design software such as Zemax;

?Proficiency in Office Microsoft toolset (Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook(Project_desired,but not required);

?Good project management skills;

?Good problem solving & communication skills;

?Good DFM and cost down sensitivity and concept;

?Independent & flexible working attitude;
