职责
l Responsibility for the key baby store customer’s sell in and sell through in the own region.负责区域内重点母婴连锁店的售入和售出。
l Responsible for baby store business in the own region, plan and allocate the funding and resource together with distributor. 负责区域内母婴渠道生意,并与分销商计划和分配区域内母婴店基金和资源。
l Provide trainings to distributor baby store sale representatives, to enable their selling and execution capability. 帮助分销商培训母婴店销售代表并提高其销售和执行能力。
l Supervise the execution of marketing activities in the field.通过实地工作确保销售代表的店内执行。
l Co-lead the marketing activity with distributor to improve brand impact.和分销商共同制定母婴类相关的市场营销活动,提升销量及品牌影响力。
任职要求
l Bachelor Degree, related experienced candidates are extended to College Degree本科学历,有相关从业者可酌情放宽
