主要职责

1． 提供服务的管理模式，监测和及报告

2． 负责相关采购

3． 遵循服务计划以确保服务的连续性。提供能力管理计划，服务级别管理及相关报告

4． 遵守IT资产管理政策

5． 确保提供给客户高效的IT服务支持

关键要求

1. 二年以上工作经验

2. 本科以上学历，计算机及相关专业

3. 深入了解IT服务的政策，流程和架构

4. 分析能力，团队协作，沟通和深故障排除技巧

5. IT设计和支持

Key Responsibilities
1. Provide service specific inputs on admin model, monitor and report;

2. Facilitate procurement;

3. Comply with the service delivery plan，service continuity and capacity management plan, service level management and reporting; ;

4. Comply with IT asset management policy;

5. Facilitate organization and department level initiatives IN ORDER TO ensure that customers are provided with efficient IT Service Support WITHIN the prescribed guidelines

Key Requirements

1. Education & Relevant Experience: BE + 3yr experience

2. Knowledge: In-depth understanding on IT services policy, process and infrastructure

3. Skills: Analytical Abilities, team coordination, communication and In-depth trouble shooting skills.

4. Business Understanding: IT Design and support
