店铺主管、店铺经理

薪资结构：
底薪（基本工资+基本佣金+全勤+餐补）+个人提成+店铺奖金+年终奖

晋升机制：
店铺主管-店铺经理-区域主管-区域经理

工作职责：
- 日常店铺运作管理、产品销售、顾客服务
- 店铺内人事管理
- 保持店铺形象及陈列指引

基本要求：
- 年龄25-35，高中以上文化程度，户籍不限；
- 五官端正，身材匀称；
- 外表时尚，充满活力；
- 3年以上品牌服装零售管理经验；
- 具有高度的工作责任心，有团队合作精神及良好的沟通技巧

面试时间：
每周二或周四14:00-17:00
