职位描述：
Key areas of accountability:
1.Optimize MP jig/fixture design and assist to upgrade MP equipment with supplier
2.Develop equipment/jig specification and acceptance requirement with process engineer and supplier for the equipment ordered externally
3.Support Sub-con in analysing and troubleshooting related to equipment/jigs/fixture and assure production line running smoothly
4.Assist to do failure analysis for customer return and production failures, provide improvement suggestions
5.Support PE team to establish the Process Flow/Process Control Plan for the new products;;
6.Support automation equipment for efficiency and quality improvement
7.Support NPI project in the DFMEA and PFMEA

Job scope:
Work under minimum supervising and most tasks can be finished independently with relevant knowledge. Works require initiation and cases can be different. Interaction with both internal and external parties and communication will reach levels from junior employee to senior management. Work requires independent decision making and the decision would directly influence the production and process engineers.

Qualification:
Academic / Professional Qualification: Min Engineering Degree in Mechanical / Industrial / Acoustical
Working Experience: 7 years’ experience in mechanical field
Expertise / Skills: Knowledge of problem solving tool like DOE, SE. Proficiently use Pre-E, CAD to design/calibrate Machine & jigs & fixture.
Language skills: Ability to read/write in English
