Key Responsibilities:
? Work closely with the head of the business unit and BL management, to provide financial control and support.
? Develop and deliver tools to track and report accurate financial information, business and operational analysis for accountable business unit.
? Give proper sound from finance professional aspect for new investment projects.
? Participant in PMIP for M&A and JV projects of responsible business unit.
? Drive process improvement actions (business tool roll out, lean, benchmarking, simplifying reporting process and reduce manual handling).
? Participate in key business initiatives, prepare “what – if” scenarios on responsible business unit, perform benchmarking and size of impact analysis.
? Other tasks requested by regional finance controller.
Competency Requirements:
? Bachelor degree in economics, finance or accounting
? Capacity to perform at a high level in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
? High energy and self confidence
? Operational finance experience a plus, working across multiple entities and/or functional areas
? Strong PC skills including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and BPC Retrieve
? Project management experience a plus, ability to convert detailed financial analysis into understandable summaries and recommendations
? Good communication skills (written and verbal)
? Possess fluency in English and Chinese
