DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
? The Architect shall have a minimum of 15 years experience in architectural matters covering the design and documentation and in particular, the site supervision of large complex buildings. Experience shall cover all exterior and interior finishes and fitting out of such buildings. This Expert shall also have experience of working closely with multi-disciplinary teams of experts.
? The Architect shall provide detailed oversight of the architectural components of the construction work. Components cover both external and internal elements of the Building and also fitting out and furnishing of the Building.
? The Architect shall act as the PMC Team Leader where and when necessary.
? The extent of the work shall range from review of construction documentation and shop drawings to regular on-site inspections covering architectural work with a focus on ensuring the construction of the Building complies with the construction documentation including shop drawings, and all relevant codes and standards.
? The Architect shall as required, contribute to preparation of reports and preparation of other correspondence.
? The Expert shall be experienced working with complex construction schedules.
? The Architect must design structures that satisfy clients' needs while conforming to the laws and regulations of the areas in which the structures will be built;
? Projects experience of bank and office building will be perfect

Education /Work Experience Requirement
? A degree in architectural or related field of formal education
? At least 15 years work experience as an independent Architect;
Technical and Administrative Skills
? Familiar with China laws and design process.
? Familiar with international clients and large complex buildings.
Business Skills
? Familiar with China construction market, regulations and general practices.
? Understand the legal environment for each project and be able to direct project avoiding any legal risks.
? Skilful in negotiations with client, contractors, consultants, QS and authorities.
Interpersonal Skills
? Good communicator with client and vendors.
? Provide leadership to project disign team.
? Ensure effective delegation of responsibility and authority.
? Create an environment where all Team members are encouraged to contribute.
