职位描述：

Job Summary (Brief overview on scope of job responsibility)

- Optimize working processes within IAC and through the Global Processes in order to protect the base and facilitate the acquisition of new programs

- Support revenue growth and protection through the alignment of technical consultation, technical service processes including governance and product development

- Oversee the operationalization of IAC new solutions in support of CPS growth strategy and market need

- Work with global business partners to review, design, develop, improve and deploy where applicable IAC QMS and SOP through benchmarking and reviewing industry best practices

- Oversee technical governance, technical consultation and service delivery technical re-engineering activities

- Drive improvement in operational efficiency through process simplification, IT enablement & electronic interface with customers

- Actively participate in IAC key initiatives projects which aligned with CPS strategy
