Responsibilities
? Develop strategic sourcing direction for Semiconductor and other electronics components, take lead on supplier sourcing/selection activities.
? Build solid relationship with each OEM.
? Lead global price negotiations and quarterly cost review with agents and suppliers.
? Continue to improve supplier performance through supplier management and improvement plans.
? Perform periodic business reviews with key agents and suppliers.
? Lead and drive works with cross-function teams.
? Supplier contract negotiation and signature.
? Crisis management.
? Support escalations like: shortage, push out, quality issue etc.
Requirements:
? Electronics engineering degree or above, MBA is preferred.
? Comprehensive semiconductor supply chain experience and understanding, at least 10 year related working experience.
? Extensive knowledge of the semiconductor technologies, industry and market trends.
? Analytical, problem solving skill and communication skill.
? Excellent verbal and written English
