Summary:
Data system management and development. Daily operation and fully support tele Sales and Service teams for EF online products; Assist BI manager analyze data to provide intelligence support to the management team. Explore potential value of data.

Responsibilities:
1, Database management, System account management
2, Provide data operation report, support Sales/Service team with sales resource allocation.
3, Assist BI manager develop operation reports, provide support to management team via data analysis.
4, Basing on reasonable data analysis, proposal/coordinate projects to improve operations efficiencies.
5, Data cleaning, ETL management

Qualifications:
1, 2+ years of working experience, call center experience is preferred
2, Familiar with MS SQL language. DBA experience or SQL development experience is a plus
3, Ability to create complex excel report, familiar with data analyze skills on excel.
4, Know about python or R
5, Strong business-driven data analysis ability

概要：
管理维护数据库系统，为EF英孚在线产品的电话销售与服务部门的运营提供支持和保障。挖掘数据价值，协助BI经理，通过商务智能分析为管理团队的决策过程提供数据支持。

职责：
1， 数据库系统管理维护，系统账号管理
2， 日常报表制作，为销售/服务团队的持续成功提供支持与保障
3， 协助运营经理整理分析运营过程中的各种数据报表，为管理团队的决策提供数据支持
4， 根据数据分析，协调项目销售资源，对运营所涉及的系统、流程等提出改进建议
5， 负责对数据处理，包括输入，清洗和整合，数据调度，ETL 临时数据报表的生成（SQL和存储过程等）
6， 为其他部门提供必要的技术支持帮助

要求：
1， 2年以上工作经验，具备呼叫中心经验者优先
2， 熟悉SQL语法
3， 了解大数据平台，Python，R
4， 能承受压力、有较好的沟通能力和良好的合作精神；
