Responsibilities:
1、 Staffing & Recruiting: Collaborate with HRBP and recruiting manager on recruitment plan and follow up the recruitment process to select right candidates.
2、 Learning & Development: Support HRBP to setup the Training Path for CIAP
3、 Performance Management: Implement Hub Performance Management process, coach line managers to use the tools, ensure the periodical completion of performance management activities.
4、 Employee Relation: Monitor contracts renewal and support business to build up short-term/mid-term resources succession plan.
5、 Budget Management & Rolling Forecast report: Ensure high quality and timely support to HRBP in the process of Annual Budgeting preparation.
6、 HR Daily Operations: Collaborate with COE Team to implement the HR daily activities. Provide consultancy to employees on HR process and policies.
Requirements:
1. Good understanding of key HR Management processes with experience on Recruitment or Training of at least 2 years
2. Strong communication and listening skills
3. Ability to execute efficiently and timely defined actions: "Say what you do and do what you say"
4. Quick learner, especially with HR information systems and IT tools (My talents, Google, PeopleSoft)
