Reporting to: Director, Wuxi Operations

General Summary:

Support activities related to the CM(s) assigned ensuring products are delivered as per expectations and per CM commitments respecting the quality criteria requested. Special focus dealing on the day by day operations activities also supporting new products introduction. Responsible in identifying bottle neck in manufacturing execution from CM side and dealing directly with the CM or asking internal support to overcome identified issues.
Part of CM(s) performance evaluation team.

Duties and Responsibilities:
· Identify and relieve constraints in CM(s) activities execution
· Day by Day interaction to ensure products are delivered on time and at the quality level expected
· Interface with the operations teams materials management and design teams to address supply chain issues proactively
· Support Cost Reduction initiatives identified
· Support New Product Introduction working with CM(s) and internal representative(s)
· Performance measurement tracking and improvement plan execution support
· Coordinate all aspects of the CM including quality, component procurement, components availability, CM’s capability/capacity, interfacing with sales teams
· Support Material localization in China at CM(s) location(s) working with Supply Chain team and Operations team
· Maintain high ethical standards and professionalism.
· Other tasks assigned


Job Specifications:

· At least 7 years of Planning Management or Program Management experience is required
· 3 years of Contract Manufacturing Management is preferred
· Telecommunication experience preferred
· Experience in Manufacturing process for high technology and complex products preferred
· Must be fluent in Mandarin and English.
· Must possess excellent computer (Microsoft Office and SAP knowledge is an asset),
· High communication, and interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team environment are required (ability to work in complex and dynamic environment)
· Previous experience with Western based company desired
