Training Manager - Global Technical Service - CSR

Job Summary:

Support the global technical governance and competency development for the CSR Services (CSRS) business line within Inspection, Audit and Assessment Services (IAAS).

Job Responsibility & Accountability:
1.Oversee day to day functions of the Global Technical Services - Corporate Social Responsibility Services (GTS-CSRS);
2.Supervise the design, development and implementation of global training materials for personnel competency development;
3.Support the risk assessment of departments / functional areas of CSRS in accordance with timelines;
4.Support the assessment of potential risk areas and identify reportable issues;
5.Support any reviews or tasks requested by Management;
6.Assist QA team to conduct the internal audit and management review, and follow up the issues found in internal auditor or management review;
7.Support additional GTS-CSRS activities on a needed basis;
8.Other tasks as assigned or needed.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

1.Strong communication skills, including presentation skills, with various departments and management – both verbal and written;
2.Strong skills and experience in training program design and training material development;
3.Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously;
4.Strong analytical skills. Detail oriented and ability to work and interpret figures and other information;
5.Demonstrate the ability to address issues during daily work and assessment of internal controls;
6.Demonstrate the ability of flexibility and independence to work in a changing environment and ability to work interdependently within a team;
7.Experienced or knowledgeable in social audit, security audit or environmental audit is preferred.


Qualifications:

1.Bachelor degree or above;
2.Strong command of spoken and written English;
3.CET 6 or equivalent English capability;
4.A minimum of 2 years' work experience related to systems and technical governance within a multinational organization;
5.A minimum of 6 year's work experience in social, environmental and/or security audit execution and/or programs,including the relevant training experience in CSRS area;
6.Familiar with labor and working conditions, laws/regulations within the manufacturing industry is preferred;
7.Knowledge of CSR Services related management systems preferred, such as, SA8000 or equivalent and/or ISO 14000,ISO 18000, ISO 9000, ISO 17021 or equivalent;
8.Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Power Point and Visio.
