JOB DESCRIPTION: Analyst, Global Data & Information Management – Application/Data Support.

JLL, an international real estate management company, is seeking analyst, production support to join our Global Data & Information Management organization. We are seeking candidates that are self-starters who can work in a diverse and fast-paced environment that can join our team immediately.

Key Responsibilities
? Responsible for general production support, including the daily system health check, batch process monitoring and issue fixing, and software maintenance along with IT Infrastructure resources.
? Responsible to monitoring and managing the database components, ETL packages, reporting solutions and support users for their data and reporting needs.
? Creating and maintaining knowledge base for the team, including general system architecture, application production supporting document, best practices, and coding standard and conventions
? Advanced ability to research, analyze and recommend improvements to the organization’s use of the analytic applications.
? Advanced skill in creating and maintaining technical documentation and support related documentation.
? Work with the various business departments to understand their requirements from the Analytic application and the issues they are experiencing.
? Work with software vendor and internal GDIM members to have application issues fixed with in the SLA period, both short term and long term for recurring issues.
? Troubleshoot errors, failures and application issues via periodic testing, help desk tickets, and other error tracking process.
? Research and develop process improvements in dedication to continuous improvement.
? Responsible for maintaining and supporting multiple applications across different countries globally.

Qualifications
? Minimum 1-2 years of work experience in the fields of information science, data management and/or computer science.
? Bachelor’s degree in Information Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics or a quantitative discipline in science, business, or social science. Advance degree preferred.
? Experience with standard data entry systems ,standard analytic and reporting systems with some exposure to programming languages like SQL and SAS and tools like Excel, Access etc
? Fair knowledge & practice on SQL server concepts and writing complex T-SQL queries. Must be able to do database procedure maintenance
? Proficiency with SQL server database and SQL server tools like SSIS, SSAS and Visual Studio OR Proficiency with report development in tools like Dundas , basic .NET skills and JavaScript programming language.
? Basic report development skills using out-of-box report designer tools in Visual Studio
? Demonstrated experience in end-to-end design, development and delivery of one full SSIS and SSAS project is a plus.
? Capability to self-learn and understand ETL methodology and reporting languages.
? Strong software development and debug/troubleshooting skills
? Must be able to own and support application and reporting systems in production environment.
? Able to think logically, organize work flows efficiently, and solve problems independently.
? Reliable, self-motivated, and self-disciplined individual capable of planning and executing multiple projects simultaneously within a fast paced environment.
? Capability to self-learn new software applications and programming languages.
? Effective written and verbal communication skills, including technical writing.
