岗位职责 Responsibilities:
1. 结构设计和分析，包括要求分析，偏差范围，热能分析，FEA结构分析等
Mechanical design and analysis include requirement analysis, tolerance stackup, thermal analysis, FEA structure analysis etc;
2. 与研发/供应商/工厂共同设计制造/组装
Design for manufacture/Assembly with R&D/suppliers/plant;
3. 负责跟供应商检查模具设计并跟踪
Tooling design review and tracking with suppliers;
4. 结构流程和设计标准建立和更新
Mechanical Process and design standard creation and update;
要求 Requirements:
1. 本科学历，结构工程或相关专业
Education Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent;
2. 3年以上结构设计或制造经验
Experience 3+ years of experience in Mechanical Design or Manufacturing;
3. 塑料和钣金设计经验
Good experience in plastic and Sheetmetal design;
4. 熟悉注塑模具流程，模具设计和制造
Familiar in mold injection processes, mold design and manufacturing;
5. 灯具相关经验优先
Lamp Lighting Decorations related experience is a plus
