The People Solutions Centre provides operational HR support for managers. This includes providing advice, executing process and educating managers on all aspects of HR including sourcing, onboarding, local rewards and employment relations.The People Solutions Centre is also responsible for taking initiatives developed by COE and implementing thses inside local markets.
This HR Consultant – Recruitment focuses on building up workforce pipeline for China Farms salaried and waged population and has long-term view on optimizing sourcing channels to apply cost-effective soucring and recruitment solutions to our China farms at different locations.
Recruitment & Onboarding
-Manage recruitment cycle from headcount planning, screening & selection, interviewing, assessment, reference checking, offer proposal, health checkup and onboarding, etc. to ensure line managers stick to the standard process aligned
-Formulate recruitment strategy with solutions on workforce sourcing and attraction
-Design and implement recruitment advertisement and arrange job posting across villages to attract waged farming workers
-Participate local job fair and build up strong relationship with local county government for referral and recommendation
-Promote company branding at county/village level to attract labour
-Provide constructive solutions and follow-up actions based on in-depth understanding of business and geographic labor supply/demand analysis
-Commit and deliver in alignment with hiring quality and cycle time (KPI)
-Forecast peak season of hiring and attrition with proposals on talent pipeline
-Review and analyse recruitment cost with continued optimization plan
HR Operations
-Ensure all HR documentation in related to recruitment and on-boarding is well managed
-Prepare monthly HR recruitment report and data analysis with insight and follow-up actions
-Work with HRBP, HR Consultant on relevant people issues
Capability Build
-Train line manager recruitment/interview skills to ensure they can handle the process with acceptable quality and result
-Share with HR team on talent mapping across georgraphies with in-depth understanding of farming / agricultural industry with insight
-Know our customers and competitors and track on the talent trend / HR schemes, etc.
Project Lead
-Lead campus recruitment on GMT and internship programs
-Build up relationship with top agriculture universities and local vet schools
任职要求:
-English CET-6 or equivalent
-Headhunting experience is preferred, volume hiring in large scaled workforce in tier 3 cities, agriculture or manufacturing is preferred
-Understand local culture with good communication skill with local government and key stakeholders
